Having led teams for most of my professional career, I have been in a key position to mentor and support other leaders. I am still a CTO at the moment, and I am looking to help others climb up the managerial ladder.
Alongside dealing with day to day operations, our underlying goal should be to grow our team. Grow the teams with respect to the capabilities, and drive the team forward. If the team develops, then so would you. Helping other teams to develop together with yours will help the company grow.
